Hereinafter referred to as "the Seller".
ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of women's clothing and accessories made via the website operated by the Seller.
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those appearing on the site on the day of consultation by the customer.
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description (photographs, features, price). The photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match, particularly with regard to colors.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the product range at any time.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICE
Prices are shown in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the product will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
Delivery costs are shown before final order confirmation.
ARTICLE 5 – ORDER
Any order placed on the site constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the customer and the Seller.
The customer declares having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before validating their order.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments are secured via the Shopify platform and its payment providers (credit card, PayPal where applicable).
Bank details are not stored by the Seller.
ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier chosen.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or in cases of force majeure.
In the event of a lost package, an investigation will be opened with the carrier before any solution is implemented.
ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned:
- Not worn
- Unwashed
- In its original state
- With tags intact
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned product.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.
ARTICLE 9 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns must be reported by email to:

The product must be returned with a tracking number.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is damaged, worn or incomplete.
Initial delivery charges are not refundable except in the event of an error attributable to the Seller.
ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY
The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
The Seller shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure, disruption or strike of postal services or carriers.
ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
ARTICLE 12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the site (texts, images, logo, design) are the exclusive property of the Seller.
Any reproduction, exploitation or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 13 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
