I haven't received a confirmation or shipping email, what should I do?
Check your spam folder. If your email address was incorrect, please write to us at noemyashop@gmail.com to update your details.
Where can I find my order number?
It will be in the confirmation email you received after your purchase or in the shipping confirmation email. Remember to check your spam folder if you don't see it.
I made a mistake in my order, what should I do?
Don't panic. Contact us quickly via the contact form or by email. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we can modify it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us quickly and we'll take care of it.
Can I still modify my order?
Once payment is confirmed, the order is sent to the logistics team. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the information after confirmation. Please double-check your cart before finalizing your purchase.

What should I do if I receive a defective item or an order error?
Send an email to noemyashop@gmail.com with your name, order number, and clear photos of the product. A review will be conducted and a solution proposed.
Lost package?
Contact us within 10 days of the shipping confirmation email. An investigation will be launched with the carrier (approximately 3-4 weeks). If the package is lost or damaged, we offer a refund in the form of a store credit.
What is your return policy?
