MAKE A RETURN

At Noémya , we want you to be completely satisfied with every item. However, if an item doesn't suit you, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received your package (day -1) to return it to us.

1. Mandatory conditions for an accepted return

For your return to be validated by our team, the item must strictly adhere to the following criteria:

  • New condition : The item must be unworn, unwashed and with its original tag intact.

  • Hygiene & Care : No traces of makeup and no odors (perfume, cigarette, etc.).

  • Packaging : Return in its original packaging. Please fold the garment(s) carefully.

  • Respecting deadlines : If the package is dropped off after the 14-day period (even if the label was generated on time), the return will be refused. You will then be responsible for the reshipping costs.

2. Details of your application

  • Return uniqueness : Only one return request can be made per order.

  • Item selection : Only items selected during your request will be taken into account.

    • Example: If your order contains 3 items and you choose to return 2, but you add the 3rd to the package without declaring it, it will not be refunded and will be considered lost.

  • Final choice : Once the return method (Credit Note or Refund) has been selected, it cannot be changed.

3. Choose your preferred option

We offer two solutions depending on your preferences:

Option 1: Having It (Recommended)💖 Option 2: Refund
Returns are FREE. We cover the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
You will receive a voucher for the amount of the returned items . We refund the returned items as well as the initial "Standard" shipping costs.
Perfect for discovering a new gem! Processed using the original payment method after validation.

Please provide us with the following information:

  • First and last name

  • Order number

  • Phone number

  • Reason for return

  • Choice: Credit or Refund

We will reply as soon as possible with the return address, shipping instructions or your free shipping label (if you chose the credit note).
