Return policy

This return policy is established in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code , in particular articles L221-18 et seq. relating to the right of withdrawal for contracts concluded remotely.

1. Right of withdrawal (Legal period)

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code , the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision.

  • The period begins the day after the package is received by the Customer or a designated third party.

  • If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

2. Product return and condition conditions

In accordance with article L221-23 , the Client may be held liable for any depreciation of goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the item.

For the return to be accepted, the item must:

  • It must be returned in its original packaging , carefully folded.

  • To be new, unworn, unwashed .

  • Show no trace of makeup or any odor (perfume, tobacco, etc.).

  • To have its original label attached.

Any item not meeting these criteria will be refused and returned to the Customer at their expense.

3. Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal

The Customer must notify their decision in writing before the deadline to the following address: noemyashop@gmail.com . After validation, the products must be returned exclusively via Mondial Relay to the following collection point:

4. Return Costs and Refund Options

Pursuant to Article L221-24 , the professional is required to reimburse all sums paid, including delivery costs (based on the standard delivery method).

Noémya offers the Client two options:

  • Option A: Store Credit (Voucher) : Noémya covers the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label. The store credit is valid for all items in the shop.

  • Option B: Refund : Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. The refund will be issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the item.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 , the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (e.g. earrings, underwear).
